Epicor Insights Conference – Event Previsualization
For the Epicor Insights Conference, I developed a series of high-detail previsualization renders, accurately recreating the Gaylord Opryland Resort – Nashville in Maya using reference photography and floor plans. I designed multiple stage layout concepts to explore scenic design, staging configurations, drape treatments, and overall atmosphere. All scenic elements - including staging, soft goods, and décor - were modeled in Maya and textured in Substance Painter and Photoshop. The scene was lit to allow the client to evaluate mood and production direction. Final imagery was rendered in Arnold, emphasizing spatial composition, material finishes, and aesthetic tone to support client review and production planning.
