Holiday Party – Event Previsualization
I developed a series of detailed previsualization renders for a Holiday Party event. Using reference images and floor plans, I recreated one of the studio lot’s soundstages in Maya, then designed multiple stage layouts and blocking concepts to explore set design, dressing, and overall atmosphere across several proposed themes. All staging, drapery, furniture, and scenic décor were modeled using Maya and textured in Substance Painter and Photoshop to match references. Final visuals were rendered in Arnold, emphasizing spatial composition, material finishes, furniture placement, and overall aesthetic tone for client review and production planning.
While this particular event design went in a completely different direction, I brought the full environment into Unreal Engine as a personal project, merging a few early iterations into a more dynamic, interactive scene. This phase allowed me to further develop lighting, create the chandelier centerpiece, set up cinematic cameras, and implement collisions to test basic gameplay in Unreal — enhancing both presentation flexibility and my real-time rendering workflow.
