Epicor 2025 Conference – Event Previsualization
I developed a series of detailed previsualization renders for the Velocity 2025 Conference, accurately recreating the Gaylord Pacific - San Diego Ballroom in Maya from reference images and floor plans. Designed multiple stage layout concepts to explore set design, dressing, and overall atmosphere, with all staging, drape, and scenic décor modeled and textured in Substance Painter and Photoshop. Final visuals were rendered in Arnold, highlighting spatial composition, material finishes, and aesthetic tone for client review and production planning.
I then brought the full environment in Unreal Engine with dynamic lighting, cinematic cameras, and alternate stage variations—both to enhance presentation flexibility and to further develop real-time rendering skills.
